These Terms of Use (hereinafter "the Terms") set forth the conditions for use of this website (hereinafter "the Site") operated by the MakiChalle (Makinohara City Challenge Business Contest) Secretariat (hereinafter "the Secretariat"). All persons who use the Site (hereinafter "Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Site is operated for the purpose of providing information about MakiChalle, accepting entries, and registering for newsletter distribution.

Article 8 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Shizuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any disputes arising from these Terms.
