MarinaTex는 종이 포장의 플라스틱 라미네이트를 대체하는 천연 폴리머 배리어 코팅으로, 판지를 종이로서 완전히 재활용 가능한 상태로 유지합니다. 기존 코팅 라인에서 그대로 사용할 수 있어 설비 변경이 필요 없으며, 식품 접촉용 배리어 성능을 TRL 5 수준에서 구현합니다. 검증 결과로는 CEPI 재해리성 84, ISO 기준 LCA에서 화석 플라스틱 대비 CO₂e 49~67% 감축, 식품 접촉 적합성은 Campden BRI에서 확인되었습니다. 내각부령 95/2025(2026년 6월)에 따라 합성수지에는 용출 시험이 의무화됩니다. 천연 폴리머인 MarinaTex는 대상에서 제외되며, 이는 마키노하라에 선점 효과를 제공합니다. 1단계(2026년 3~4분기): 사가라 물산과의 검증, 지역 어업에서 키틴 조달. 2단계(2027년): 다카야나기 제차·오구리 농원과의 상용 파일럿. 3단계(2028년 이후): 본격 라이선스 공급. 마키노하라의 수산 부산물에서 차 포장까지, 제로카본 공급망을 구축합니다.
