Abnous Podia Invest&Architect is an R&D company that applies the thinking behind pharmaceutical DDS (drug delivery / formulation technology) to develop biomaterials combining microorganisms, biomass and materials design. At Maki-Challe we start with “Safu™”, a long-lasting bio deodoriser, and demonstrate odour reduction and a lighter cleaning burden at public facilities in Makinohara. Working with local and sponsor companies, we then extend to repairing deteriorated concrete, adding functionality to interior materials, extending the life of equipment and steelwork, and environmental services for homes and facilities. We survey regional challenges and unused resources, map them against APIA's technology, and run joint demonstrations that verify performance, cost and operability with data. In the longer term this leads to joint products and expansion into spatial and agricultural fields, creating new businesses and a circular industrial model born in Makinohara.

Original: Abnous Podia Invest&Architectは、医薬品由来のDDS（製剤技術）の発想を応用し、微生物・バイオマス・素材設計を組み合わせたバイオマテリアルを開発する研究開発型企業です。まきチャレでは、長期持続型バイオ消臭剤「さふ™」を入口に、牧之原市の公共施設で臭気低減と清掃負担軽減を実証します。さらに、地域企業や協賛企業と連携し、劣化コンクリートの補修、内装材の高機能化、設備・鉄骨の長寿命化、住宅・施設向け環境サービスなどへ展開します。地域課題や未利用資源を調査し、APIAの技術との接点を整理したうえで共同実証を重ね、性能・コスト・運用性をデータで検証。将来的には共同商品や空間・農業分野への展開につなげ、牧之原発の新規事業と循環型産業モデルの創出を目指します。
